Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no contract. You can
choose to cancel your account immediately or at the end of your billing cycle. In order not to be charged for the next billing cycle please make sure you put in a request at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 business days in advance.
How does it work if I want a refund in the first 30 days?
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our
support team by sending a friendly email to info(at)ecommastersclub.com, show us you actually did the work by completing ALL of the modules and worksheets, screenshot of your google ad account, screenshot of your google merchant center account, Facebook ad account, or whatever account you were using to drive traffic to your store. We will review your work and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solving the issue or point you in the right direction to get it solved, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed assessments
no sooner than 30 days following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary.
So again, you will need to go through our entire program and content in your first 30
days and implement the strategies we actually teach. No refunds will be provided less than 30 days following the date of purchase.
*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the
training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. We have no intention of keeping your money if you're dissatisfied, but we insist that you commit to taking action
within 30 days of your purchase if you want results.
The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try eCom Masters Club, and if it
doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.
Furthermore, if it is clear that your assessments are incomplete or that you did not
implement the strategies taught in the eCom Masters Club, your refund will be denied.
However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.
ECom Masters Club (Earnest Associates LLC) is committed to providing all clients with
a positive Program experience. By purchasing any of our digital products or services, you agree that ECom Masters Club (Earnest Associates LLC) may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Agreement of digital products or services purchased, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in services without refund or forgiveness of full or monthly payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow through on assignments and/or requests for information necessary for the completion of said services, or if you impair ECom Masters Club (Earnest Associates LLC) or their staff in their efforts in rendering our digital products or services.
